What do I get when I buy?
The plugin, a license key by email, one year of updates and support, and access to your customer account where you manage licenses and downloads.
What happens after the first year?
Your chat keeps working. After the year, updates and support stop until you renew. Renewing is optional.
How do I activate the license?
After installing, open the plugin, paste the license key from your purchase email and press Activate. Features switch on right away.
Does it work with my theme?
Yes. The chat window protects its own look from theme styles, so it works with any WordPress theme without editing it.
What do I need on my server?
WordPress 5.8 or newer and PHP 7.4 or newer. It runs on ordinary shared hosting. WooCommerce is supported but not required.
Where are my chats stored?
In your own WordPress database. You choose what is stored, can delete chats automatically after a number of days, and WordPress export and erase tools are supported.
How do the phone alerts work?
You create a free Telegram bot, paste its token and your chat ID in the settings and press the test button. From then on a message arrives on your phone whenever a visitor writes.
